We give you a minimum 2% introduction fee should we agree a deal and draw up the contracts. We can exchange and complete in as little as 7 days. Heres the calculation – 2% introduction fee on a £400k plot is £8k.

All sites will be considered, with or without planning permission. We are committed to shaping a deal that is right for each site.

  • Solicitors are instructed.
  • We pay for the searches.
  • Within 7 days you could have the money sitting in your account.

Below is one of many of our sites last year. It was a field at the edge of the A10 in Enfield that we purchased. We got planning for 5 modern detached houses and finished it in November 2019.
