This stunning private gated development of 4 large New Build Countryside Homes In Walkern Hertfordshire was completed recently. We purchased part of the pub garden and obtained planning for a small private gated development.
The village of Walkern is very beautiful and consists of two pubs, village shop, tea room and a hair dressers. The development consists of two detached and 2 semi detached homes. All roughly the same size with views that span for miles into the open countryside.
The houses all have designer German Kitchens, fitted wardrobes in all four double bedrooms, detached garages and very large gardens.
This site “Walchra Meadow” was completed in June 2019, all houses have now been sold. This was a JV development with one of our building partners.
