Titled: Luxury house build in roydon hertfordshire. We build Hertfordshire’s most beautiful and striking luxury homes in the counties best locations.
We were approached by the client to build their dream home. We were part of the design and planning stage and built this house to their exact specifications. Along the way we worked closely with them when things needed to be altered. This was usually because they wanted things added on, like bespoke cornice work in every room. They had seen some of our luxury homes that we have built and approached us to get involved with the design of their dream house. We built the house on Nursery land which has been owned by the family for many years.
The build itself has taken around 18 months so far and is almost finished. There are too many great features in this house to mention but two of them are the stunning gallery landing and roof terrace. The roof terrace can be seen in the drone picture below. With Far reaching views of Essex and Hertfordshire this is their dream home and is one of the largest we have built for a private client.
The pictures below show the various stages of the build so far. We have a time-lapse camera set up there which we will be posting and our professional photographer will go back when the house is finished for the final shoot.

We purchase various sizes of sites from just one or two units upwards depending on the deal. We have 24 houses which we will be starting soon in Cheshunt, more details to follow on this shortly.
